Volume 3 – 2018.03.05

Greetings Conquerors!

As you all know, I released my first novel, Dark Lament, at the end of January, and I sincerely appreciate all of you who purchased it in one form or another. What I’m asking of you now is to please leave a review of the book on Amazon or wherever you made your purchase. Reviews are vital to an indie author such as myself. If you bought the hardback version from my website, please leave a review on Goodreads.

There are so many things happening right now that I feel pulled in every direction. I’m in talks with a narrator to do the audio book version of Dark Lament. Hopefully we’ll move forward with that and have something produced and ready for release in April. I’m finalizing minor changes to book two, Reborn, putting together the materials for it, and compiling a scene description for the cover art for it. I’ve also begun outlining book three.

Recently, I’ve pushed myself to do more reading as well. I believe a good author should read as much as they write because it builds their skills in writing compelling stories. Last month, I read the book Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. It’s a sci-fi book set in the near future on Earth. If you enjoy 80s/90s video games, music, TV shows, movies, etc. then you’ll probably enjoy it. I will warn you that there is some cussing in the book, but I found the book to be one of the most imaginative books I’ve read in a long time. You might’ve seen the movie trailers for it recently as well since it’s releasing this month.

Thank you all,

Daniel Kuhnley
